Pay a partially refundable entry fee (which is lower than the purchase price in the option above), and a monthly fee for operations and services. The refund is provided to you or your estate when the unit is vacated depending on the timing and amortization schedule.
Rent. Pay no initial fee, but pay a considerably higher monthly fee to cover rent, operational costs and services.
